You’ll collaborate closely with clients to craft unique and memorable itineraries that match their travel goals.

As a Resort & Excursion Planner, you should have a strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, along with the ability to uncover hidden gems and off-the-beaten-path experiences. Staying current with the latest travel trends and having a passion for creating exceptional travel experiences is key. Responsibilities:

• Research popular travel destinations and curate unique hotel stays and excursions.
• Design personalized itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
• Handle logistics, including booking accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Provide clients with detailed travel information and support.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and address any travel-related issues or concerns.

Requirements

• Experience as a Resort & Excursion Planner or in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Attention to detail and a creative eye for unique experiences.
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms and software is a plus, but not required.
