Introduction to Chatterboxes
Chatterboxes, a team of experts and innovators within the pediatric speech-language pathology field, is seeking an exceptional new team member to join a passionate group of superwomen helping to improve the lives of children. Over the last fourteen years we have consistently pioneered new business model innovations and we’re just getting started!
We value close-knit collaboration and strong relationships and invite applications from individuals interested in making a long term commitment to our mission. We are seeking someone to work remotely. In this role, you will work directly with our leadership team.
Our SLP Sanctuary Model
We promote connection and joy amongst our therapists. Chatterboxes is innovating to disrupt our industry and enable professional gratification by re-imagining the clinical experience and culture through a revolutionary sanctuary model which combats burnout, values lifelong learning, facilitates clinical development, work life balance and upward mobility. We seek to offer our team members a lifelong place of employment that evolves and adapts as you do over time. Our practice has proudly established the mission of the SLP Sanctuary (#savetheslps), reflecting our deep commitment to nurturing and empowering Speech-Language Pathologists. Our sanctuary model is more than just a concept; it's a holistic, mission-driven approach designed to significantly elevate the support, protection, continuing education and work-life balance for our SLPs.
Our team of sixteen Speech-Language Pathologists provide therapy across a diversified caseload between private clients at their homes & teletherapy and with students at our school partners.
The Opportunity
We are in search of a Client Services Sales Coordinator to work alongside our Founder as we partner to lead sales to schools and drive substantial growth. As a critical team member you will play a pivotal role in generating demand. Our in-place foundation is strong, now it’s time to scale up!
This opportunity empowers you to accelerate growth within your career rather than languishing at a large bureaucratic agency. Our goal is to propel our company's growth from three fold over the course of the next two years. We aim to thrive in a rapidly growing market, currently expanding at a 25% rate, as reported by the ASHA industry association. This growth is driven by factors including rising school enrollments and an increased demand for contract services, driven by federal laws ensuring special education and related services for all eligible children with disabilities. Join us on this journey of making a meaningful impact.
This position offers a remarkable opportunity for individuals with 1+ years experience who aspire to thrive on the challenge of advancing rapidly in their careers within an innovative organization.
If you enjoy helping those who help others make change within children’s lives, this role may be your perfect fit. Above all, you are seeking the intangible balance that comes with a mission-driven company where you can drive impactful change in a vital and specialized industry.
