Goodyear Belts by Adventry Corp. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee the Eastern United States territory. With our dedication to quality and innovation in the automotive and industrial power transmission market, we are committed to delivering exceptional products and services to our clients. This role plays a crucial part in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence across the region.

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve their targets. You will leverage your industry knowledge and expertise to educate clients on our products and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the Eastern United States region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to improve performance and exceed sales goals.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company goals and product offerings.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and promote our products.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive WD and aftermarket industry.
  • Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive or industrial sector.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving profitable growth.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive market, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales forecasts and plans.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior and adapt sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the Eastern United States.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
