Job Description:

As a Regional Procurement Specialist for the Pacific Northwest, you will spearhead our sales efforts across Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. This role is pivotal in establishing and maintaining successful territories, ensuring our mission-critical products reach the hands of our nation’s warfighters. You will be directly responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our reach, and building enduring relationships with key military and law enforcement stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with military and law enforcement agencies.
  • Partner with customers to understand their equipment needs and offer tailored DTS solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and report activities and results to senior management.
  • Travel within the territory to meet with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting back insights that could affect our business model.

Requirements

  • Military veterans strongly preferred, with a deep understanding of military culture and needs.
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in government contracting and knowledge of tactical gear strongly preferred.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • Practical experience with CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to travel as needed within the territory.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry or military and/or law enforcement work environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field preferred, but candidates without a bachelor’s degree but with relevant experience will be considered.

Benefits

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with a base range of $65,000 to $75,000.
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE) in excess of $100,000 per year.
