Our client Compliant Pharmacy Alliance® (CPA®) is a leading member-owned independent pharmacy purchasing cooperative that is seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Director of Sales (RDS) to join their team. As an RDS, you will play a crucial role in expanding the CPA membership base, driving growth, and fostering strong relationships with pharmacy owners. As an RDS, you will be responsible for:
- Lead Development & Management: Interact with pharmacy owners/entrepreneurs to generate leads, build and develop relationships, and secure new business to meet sales goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Members, management and colleagues to develop leads to grow the cooperative responsibly.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospective members.
- Market Insight: Gather and provide market intelligence to aid in strategic planning and adaptation to changing market conditions.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with Members, serving as a trusted business advisor, to enhance Member engagement.
- Promotion: Represent CPA® at industry events and networking opportunities to promote our cooperative.
- Ethical Representation: Uphold and enhance the reputation of CPA® by representing the organization ethically and responsibly.
Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree, plus 3+ years of sales experience working with independent pharmacy owners, preferably within the pharmaceutical supply chain.
- Proven Success: Verifiable track record of successful sales achievement.
- Industry Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of and relationships within the independent pharmacy and pharmaceutical wholesale distribution community.
- Self-Motivation: Results-driven with the self-initiative to succeed independently without daily supervision.
- Work Ethic: Strong commitment to high performance and ethical standards.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Time Management: Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Problem-Solving: Strong intuition and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Travel: Ability and willingness to travel frequently for work.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and the ability to successfully complete pre-employment screening.
- Accountability: Holds oneself and colleagues accountable to high standards of performance and professionalism.
- Customer Focus: Dedicated to discovering and meeting the needs of clients.
- Teamwork: Works cooperatively with diverse individuals to achieve common goals.

- Office & Travel: Work from home (remote), with frequent out-of-town and overnight travel.
- Physical Demands: Regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, sit, and use hands. Occasionally required to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Uphold Ethical Standards: Conduct all activities with honesty, transparency, and fairness. Represent CPA® ethically and responsibly in all interactions.

Benefits
- Compensation Structure: Competitive base salary with commission. $88,000 to $100,000 base with potential total compensation in excess of $100,000 OTE and strong potential to earn in excess of $150,000 OTE.
