Phamily is a dynamic and growing healthtech company specializing in enabling proactive chronic care management for our clients. We are seeking a talented and motivated Recruitment Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in recruitment, operations, and client management, and who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
As a Recruitment Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, while also handling the recruitment needs and process for client accounts. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, deliver exceptional recruitment services, and ensure a positive client experience. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual with a blend of recruitment expertise, operational acumen, and strong client-facing skills.
Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source/Vet, screen, and interview candidates to match client requirements.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely communication with candidates and clients.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
Client Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Understand and anticipate client needs, providing tailored recruitment solutions and advice.
- Coordinate and manage client onboarding and ongoing engagement.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to recruitment services.
Operations:
- Oversee and streamline recruitment and operational processes to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to recruitment and client success.
- Support various operational tasks related to HR, administration, and project management.
Startup Involvement:
- Contribute to the development and execution of growth strategies and operational improvements.
- Participate in startup activities, including process design, team building, and scaling initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business performance and client experience.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a background in operations and startup environments.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in JazzHR or Workable, Notion, Vitally and G-Suite.
