The ASUS Robotics & AI Center is seeking a passionate Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our hiring and marketing team. This role is uniquely designed for an individual who not only excels in university recruitment and event planning but also has the expertise to attract university alumni and experienced professionals from the industry. The ideal candidate will spearhead initiatives to attract top talent for various engineering and technical positions, including but not limited to software developers, robotics engineers, mechanical engineers, and data scientists, thereby playing a pivotal role in fueling our growth with exceptional talent.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment marketing strategies targeting universities, alumni networks, and industry professionals across the United States.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, alumni gatherings, and professional conferences to share the vision of the ASUS Robotics & AI Center and promote the organization as a leading employer to a diverse range of potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with university career services, alumni associations, professional groups, and industry organizations to enhance our brand visibility and attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling content and promotional materials tailored to diverse audiences, including current students, recent graduates, and experienced professionals.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to analyze and report on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make informed adjustments to meet diverse hiring goals.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and develop targeted recruitment efforts that cater to both emerging talent and seasoned experts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a strong track record of attracting talent from universities, alumni networks, and industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively networking with a diverse range of candidates and partners.
  • Proficient organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Creative and strategic thinker, passionate about developing innovative solutions to attract and engage top talent.
  • Familiarity with the technology and engineering sectors, with an appreciation for the unique challenges and opportunities in recruiting for these industries.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in recruitment software, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM tools. The ability to quickly adapt to new technologies is essential.
