Jaan Health, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by assisting in candidate sourcing, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communications. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our team and help us attract and select top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in candidate sourcing by posting job ads on various platforms and reaching out to potential candidates
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, including booking interview rooms and sending interview invitations
  • Prepare interview materials, such as interview guides and assessment forms
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and collecting necessary documentation
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required
  • Maintain candidate data and track recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events, such as job fairs and career fairs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
  • Stay updated on recruitment best practices and industry trends
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the HR team

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or similar role
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in recruitment or HR
