Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates, managing recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and building relationships with global professionals seeking remote opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
Experience:
- 3+ years of direct experience recruiting and managing candidate pipelines
- Proficiency in recruiting and job posting tools.
