Who We Are
Mindful Support Services is a mental health organization focused on business-to-business support for independent therapy and psychiatric private practices. For 13 years, we have been providing administrative and organizational services to simplify the processes of sourcing, marketing, and billing with patients and insurers. Our teams support over 1,800 mental health providers, and in turn over 20,000 patient visits per week across 15 locations in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington as well as virtually via Telehealth.

About the Role
The Recruiter (internal title Hiring Specialist) is responsible for finding, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and supporting the onboarding experience for administrative employees at Mindful Support Services. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to add talent to our growing organization while supporting a strong employment brand and ensuring great relationships with both candidates and employees. You will develop a deep understanding of the company's plans and hiring priorities, and proactively help to create and implement new strategies to bring in excited and talented team members.
This role will work with a wide range of personalities and must be adept at reading people and assessing proper fit within our company. A successful candidate will excel in multi-tasking and have a high degree of critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities
- Place and update all job postings including external online platforms and internal platforms.
- Oversee recruitment and selection process for employees with a focus on developing long-term recruiting strategies to support the company’s growth.
- Assess candidates by conducting resume screening, screening calls, interviews, and reference verification as needed.
- Advise hiring managers on relevant policies, best practices, and DEI to ensure a compliant and inclusive recruiting program.
- Promote employee referral program and internal job opportunities.
- Analyze and report on talent acquisition metrics and identify areas of improvement with hiring efforts
- Follow up with hiring managers about success of recruiting efforts and adjust process as needed to attract and retain qualified talent
- Represent the organization at job fairs and recruiting events.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or related professional work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of talent acquisition and interviewing experience.
- In-depth understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.
- Knowledgeable in EEO, ADA, and other regulations and employment laws/policies.
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Position Salary Range: $60,000/year - $80,000/year dependent on experience
