Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Recruiter - Crypto - candidates need to be based in the US.

An ideal candidate for the role will not only have the contextual knowledge and the technical skills required for recruitment in our industry. You will set the tone for the way we treat people, how we operate, and what it’s like to be an employee here.

What you’ll do.

• Recruit elite talent across all functions of the business
• Create and place job postings and other media to attract candidates
• Write technical and non-technical job descriptions
• Compose job offer letters
• Onboard new hires and coordinate their entry into their departments

Requirements

US Based

Minimum 4 years experience in Recruitment.

2 years of experience in a similar role at an early-stage startup company or tech firms renowned for high recruitment standards.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience hiring for AI/web3/crypto technologies.
