Overview
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our organization's services. Through your expertise and guidance, you will empower our team to uphold quality standards in adherence to protocols and procedures and implement effective quality assurance practices. You will be responsible for developing and enforcing standards, identifying process improvements that ensure quality and provide training on best practices to prevent issues before they arise. This position is remote, however qualified candidates must live in the continental United States and be fully authorized to work without requiring visa sponsorship.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Review output from analysts, assessing the quality, accuracy, and compliance of their work.
· Ensure that work completed by analysts meets internal standards and aligns with external requirements and guidelines.
· Provide constructive feedback and guidance to analysts to help them improve their performance and maintain quality standards.
· Maintain accurate records of quality control reviews and any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
· Identify and address issues related to the accuracy or quality of analysts' work and provide solutions or escalate as needed.
· Identify trends in errors or discrepancies; suggest and develop process improvements to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
· Collaborate with analysts and other teams to ensure a consistent approach to quality control and to share best practices.
· Analyze project metrics and team dynamics to provide status updates on progress to leadership.TBD
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
· Proven experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related field is required; experience in reviewing legal, contract or similar documentation is preferred.
· Strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
· Ability to interpret and analyze contract language and identify relevant clauses and terms.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, or SmartSheet and other relevant software applications.
· Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies or errors in output.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills for providing feedback and guidance to analysts.
· Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Education & Certifications
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
· Advance degrees or certifications such as ISO, Lean Six Sigma, CQA are helpful.
Compensation
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a short-term consulting engagement, with an hourly range of $45-$55/hr. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
