Our dedicated multi-disciplinary team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, peer guides, and navigators, all collaborating to deliver the best care and support to our patients.

 

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Psychiatrist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in diagnosing, treating, and supporting patients who have substance use disorders (SUD) and co-morbid mental health conditions. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that include medication management and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. This is a Part-time job classification.

Responsibilities:

·        Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to diagnose and assess patients' mental health and substance use disorders.

·        Prescribe and manage medications, taking into consideration our genetic testing insights to optimize treatment plans.

·        Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment plans and patient progress.

·        Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

·        Contribute to the ongoing development of our telehealth psychiatric services and treatment protocols.

·        Maintain complete and accurate documentation of patient care.

Requirements

·        MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

·        Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.

·        Valid medical license and DEA certification in at least one state.

·        Experience in addiction psychiatry.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

·        Proficiency in using electronic health records and telehealth platforms.
