Job Summary:

At REE, we connect Veterans with Providers in their navigation of their Disability Benefits. Our Provider Relations Specialists (PRS), are responsible for cultivating and maintaining the relationship between REE Medical and our contracted Clinics creating a network that is knowledgeable and convenient for our clients, while ensuring our Providers and Clinics are satisfied REE partners. Our PRS' work alongside their peers within the Medical Services Department to ensure REE Medical maintains quality providers and a excellent standard of service for our clients. PCS' are also responsible for tracking metrics, determining areas of need, and helping to facilitate change for optimal success across all of the Medical Services Department. This is a great entry level role for anyone with minimum account or relationship management, customer service, or clinic based experience looking to grow in the medical services industry.

What is expected in this Role:

  • Serving as the Point of Contact for assigned Clinics throughout the Provider Life Cycle.
    • This means you are the "Account Manager" for the Clinics for all REE Medical interactions and requirements.
    • Day-to-day you can be found onboarding, training, confirming credentials, providing updates and communications, addressing concerns or issues, proactively checking in monthly with 1:1s and surveys, and more.
    • Ensuring all processes and procedures related to Compliance and our Clinics are followed and safeguarding personally identifiable information / personal health information across the different communications both internally and externally.   
    • This level of account management also includes assessing partnerships regularly in relation to REE requirements and facilitating contract separation accordingly.
  • Serving as the expert in REE Medical's Clinic retention strategy in accordance with departmental goals and SOPs.
  • Confirming Clinic Satisfaction regularly in partnership with departmental leadership ensuring Network growth and retention.
  • Serving as a Point of Contact and expert with various internal departments related to Provider or Clinic questions, concerns, updates, etc.

Requirements

What you need in this role to be successful: 

  • 1+ years of experience in client experience, account management, clinic operations, or other related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and navigating multiple platforms including Salesforce, ZoHo, Slack, Teams, etc.  
  • Previous experience in the medical industry is a Plus! 
  • Previous experience operating in a data driven environment, reporting on weekly activities is a Plus! 
  • Previous experience working with the Veteran community or within the VA regulations is a Plus! 
  • Comfortability being on the phone whether sitting or standing for extended periods of time.  
  • Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations. 
  • Proactive thinking, consistently foreseeing and preparing for forthcoming challenges or opportunities. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for facilitating effective collaboration across various departments and levels of the organization. Including the ability to navigate difficult conversations with empathy.  
  • Expert level attention to detail. 
  • Experience in start-up or early-stage environments with little or no defined infrastructure or processes. 
  • Track record of working in a fast-paced, fluid environment. 
  • Analytical and problem-solving orientation. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. A.S., B.A., B.S. degrees are a Plus!
