Luminary Group, a leading Life Sciences Consultancy is partnered with a world leader in Real World Evidence. Our client is looking for a Proposals and Pricing Specialist, you will collaborate closely with a world-leading Real World Evidence company in the United States. In this role, you will support the commercial team's efforts to drive growth and meet the increasing demand for their services. You will be responsible for developing and executing proposals, managing pricing strategies, and ensuring competitive and compelling offerings.

Requirements

  1. Develop comprehensive proposals in collaboration with the client's commercial team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs.
  2. Analyze pricing models and market trends to develop competitive pricing strategies that maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
  3. Maintain accurate records of proposal activities, pricing decisions, and client communications using internal systems and tools.
  4. Collaborate with the client's sales and business development teams to customize proposals and pricing solutions for specific clients or market segments.
  5. Conduct regular reviews and updates of pricing structures and proposal templates to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  6. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in proposal development and pricing strategies.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or life sciences industry.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights to inform pricing decisions.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
  7. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
