Full Job Description
Blew & Associates, P.A. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee Property Condition Assessments for properties financed through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of Property Condition Assessment projects for properties financed through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
- Lead a team of engineers, architects, and inspectors to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Act as the main point of contact with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication at all times
- Identify and mitigate any project risks or issues that may arise
- Ensure that all deliverables, reports, and assessments are of the highest quality and meet client expectations
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Property Condition Assessments for properties financed through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
- Experience working with HUD lenders
- Experience dealing with PCNA/ESA/ CNA projects
- Experience managing all aspects of large-scale HUD projects
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
