Project Manager

GANNTEC, a leading DeFi trading platform, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee critical technology initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining project scopes, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results in our blockchain-based financial ecosystem. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams are essential.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support GANNTEC's business objectives in the DeFi space.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for efficient project execution.
• Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and optimize resource allocation.
• Lead project meetings, document discussions, and ensure follow-up on action items.
• Collaborate with blockchain developers, financial analysts, and UX designers to integrate complex systems.
• Stay informed of DeFi trends and incorporate relevant innovations into project strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the technology sector or similar industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proactive approach to conflict resolution.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to manage client and stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
