At Structure, we believe in rewarding our team members generously for their hard work and dedication. As part of our team, you'll receive a competitive annual base salary ranging from $65,000 to $95,000, based on your skills and experience. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to earn extra compensation through performance bonuses and sales referrals.

We prioritize the well-being of our employees and their families by providing 100% company-paid health and dental coverage. We want you to focus on your work and life without worrying about healthcare costs.

We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer 15 days of paid time off (PTO), increasing to 20 days after two years with us. You’ll also enjoy nine paid holidays throughout the year, giving you ample time to relax and recharge.

We currently offer a fully remote work environment. To ensure you have everything you need to succeed, we also provide a company computer and essential technology. Additionally, we offer a stipend to cover connectivity costs, whether it’s for your mobile phone or home internet.
