Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Bill and invoice clients for monthly services and expense charges occurred.
• Set up new sales contracts within NetSuite and other internal systems.
• Reconcile and audit charges impacting the projects.
• Critical thinking and solutioning for impeccable time management and prioritization of tasks.
• Data extraction and analysis to ensure Praecipio’s ability to effectively bill and collect payments.
• Support of team operational tasks including customer service support for current and future clients.
• Work cross departmentally with Operations, Finance, and Sales to ensure all invoicing and billing is aligned with the specific project.
• Effectively communicate with both customers and internal teams to improve collection on overdue invoices.
• Review and approve invoices created by other team members.

Requirements

Requirements for Success

Technical Ability

• Strong proficiency in GoogleSheets and MS Excel
• Effectively navigate and extract data from NetSuite
• NetSuite proficiency preferred

Problem Solving and Critical Thinking

• Effectively identify client challenges around overdue AR and offer solutions to address them.

Basic Qualifications 

• Minimum of 5 years in an accounts receivable or business management role with accounting duties
• Minimum of 6 months experience with NetSuite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with collections and billing in NetSuite

Benefits

Salary

$70,000 - $90,000 USD  base salary depending on location and experience
