Program Manager

As a Program Manager at Justransform, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and fostering strategic relationships within our key accounts in a dynamic software industry. Requirements

Program Management including Project Execution with primary role and a key part of the Customer Success team providing B2B Integration service delivery that supports various business processes across an assigned customer base:

o    Manage Business Partners and Trading Partners with B2B integration requests.

o    Engage with Project and Development Teams to manage project timelines.

o    Manages execution against milestones and all aspects of the project execution including: chartering, scope definition, requirements gathering, project planning, change control, and reporting.

o    Manages the identification, resolution and escalation of project risks and issues.

o    Plans communication, distributes information as necessary, and provides status reporting.

o    Drives the development and execution of project plan by working with project team to define, sequence, and estimate duration of activities and determine schedules to meet project objectives.

o    Ensures consistency and adherence to standards, processes, and policies for all projects.

o    Tracks project budget and resource utilization against plan.

o    Functional expertise in the area of B2B Integration, EDI, API, and Supply Chain business such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, E-Invoicing, Logistics Planning and Execution, etc..

o    Facilitate testing of on-boarding integration

o    Work with engineering resources to ensure documentation for business flows, integration processes, and migration instructions are complete.

To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate strong project management discipline and functional technical expertise in the B2B domain (i.e. X12, EDIFACT, Peppol, API, Non Structured data, secure data network protocols, and messaging/middle-ware).  The ideal candidate will be detailed and execution focus. The Program Manager will interface with a diverse range of colleagues from technology, business and project management domains. As such, candidates must also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

In addition, as a secondary function of this role, the candidate may work with the Sales organization to provide Customer Account Management.
