This position is Part-Time, Remote, and we estimate 16-20 hours per week.

What You’ll Do
✨ Be the primary point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and building lasting trust.
✨ Oversee the rollout of Morningstar’s advanced solar hybrid solutions, ensuring top-tier performance, compliance, and revenue growth.
✨ Uncover new opportunities to enhance partnerships, crafting innovative solutions that meet partner needs and exceed expectations.
✨ Collaborate with internal teams (think product dev, engineering, and sales!) to deliver game-changing results for our partners.
✨ Develop and execute strategic roadmaps to align with Morningstar’s mission and your partners' long-term goals.
✨ Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics—then use those insights to improve things.
✨ Represent Morningstar at events, conferences, and meetings to showcase our commitment and leadership in renewable energy.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience: 7+ years in program management, account management, or business development roles—bonus points for renewable energy or industrial sectors.
✔ Globetrotter: Experience with international customers and the ability to travel globally up to 25%.
✔ Tech Knowledge: Strong understanding of solar hybrid energy solutions and IoT-enabled energy systems.
✔ Partnership Pro: Proven track record of growing and managing complex partnerships with large organizations.
✔ Communication Superstar: Stellar relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
✔ Self-Starter: You’re independent, proactive, and results-driven.
✔ Degree: A bachelor’s in business, engineering, or a related field.
✔ Analytical Mindset: You love tracking metrics and using data to drive decisions.
