Overview 

We are looking for a strong Program/Project Management consultant with expertise in the Learning and Development space. This person will be responsible for managing several workstreams of L&D for Fleet Operations career pathing and training program. Additionally, they will be supporting a large cross functional customer operations improvement program by integrating human resources change management best practices in all applicable program activities. This includes training, performance management and coaching, payroll and compensation initiatives. This is a remote role. All qualified candidates MUST be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

 

Duties & Responsibilities 

·       Establish change management best practices and framework, following the PROSCI ADKAR or similar model 

·       Design and develop change management tools and techniques 

·       Develop communications content and key messaging  

·       Provide guidance on change management best practices to team members and client staff 

·       Partner with program team members to customize and utilize change management tools/techniques throughout all relevant elements of the operations improvement programs 

·       Infuse change management best practices in all program communications for a range of internal audiences 

·       Establish means to evaluate and refine effectiveness of change management tactics 

·       Consistently exercise informed judgment and discretion in matters of significance 

 

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience 

·       Minimum 7-8 years experience as a consultant in program/project management

·       Expertise in how to lead a team, including conducting performance reviews, training and development, career growth, surveys, etc.

·       Leadership/management experience required within a large frontline operational organization

·       Experience designing, developing and deploying HR change management tactics and programs

·       Excellent MS Office skills- PPT deck creation and data skills

·       Excellent oral and written communications skills, experience working with a range of stakeholders with proven ability to influence, strategize and negotiate for success 

·       Ability to think analytically and process information quickly, presenting it in a succinct and insightful format suitable for executives 

 

Education/Certifications 

·       Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience necessary

·       Prosci certification or commensurate experience necessary

·       Consulting background required

  

Compensation

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a short-term consulting engagement, with an hourly range of $65-$80. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
