Join Million Dollar Sellers (MDS) as a Program Coordinator and play a central role in nurturing our thriving community of over 650 e-commerce entrepreneurs. This position offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to immerse themselves in the planning and execution of various special programs, such as MDS Squads, Ecom Lunches, Membership Extras, Experiences, and exclusive All-Star/Mastermind Events. Your work will be vital in creating memorable experiences, fostering member connections, and contributing to the innovative growth of our programs and community.

We're seeking passionate recent graduates with an interest in program management, event coordination, or community engagement. Ideal candidates are eager to learn, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Program Coordinator at MDS, you will:

  • Support Program Development: Assist in the planning and execution of special programs, learning best practices in strategic program development.
  • Facilitate Member Engagement: Help manage member groups and support activities to ensure members are actively engaged and receiving value from their participation.
  • Assist in Event Logistics: Gain experience in event planning by supporting the coordination of Ecom Lunches and other member-driven experiences.
  • Contribute to Marketing Efforts: Learn to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote MDS programs and events effectively.
  • Engage with Vendors: Support negotiations and management of vendor relationships to enhance program offerings for members.
  • Collect and Analyze Feedback: Participate in the feedback collection process to help drive program improvements based on member insights.
  • Community Communication: Assist in maintaining active communication channels with program participants, fostering a strong community bond.
  • Learn and Implement Digital Tools: Gain proficiency in CRM tools and project management software like Airtable and ClickUp, contributing to content development and program management.
