Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective channel strategies for each client, including video ideas, thumbnail concepts, and overall vision for the channel
• Communicate and collaborate with clients to ensure high-quality video production and provide necessary guidance and resources
• Manage a team of thumbnail designers and scriptwriters to ensure the production of high-quality content
• Analyze channel performance and data to gain insights and improve overall strategy
• Stay updated on YouTube trends and opportunities to create viral content for clients' channels
• Provide feedback to clients on video recordings to improve performance
• Identify areas for improvement and bottlenecks in the operation and strategy to scale channels further and faster

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in YouTube strategy and growing channels, with a deep understanding of YouTube best practices
• Dedication and commitment to the role, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Willingness to work long and additional hours when necessary
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to manage stress and handle feedback effectively
• Excellent communication skills and open availability for a full-time role
• Ambitious and driven to achieve significant results
• Ideally, experience in team management and working within a business
• Some knowledge and understanding of the business and education niches is preferred
