About the Role:  

As a Product Manager at Softheon, you'll play a crucial role in advancing our product offerings, driving the development of features that respond to our customers' needs while aligning with our strategic goals. You'll delve deeper into market analysis, user feedback, and competitive research to inform your decision-making, ensuring that Softheon's products continue to lead in the healthcare technology space through innovation and user-centric design.

Requirements

You Will: 

Product Vision and Strategy:  

  • Develop and articulate clear visions and strategies for product lines, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.  
  • Support the short-term as well as long-term product roadmap strategies, sales forecasts, and other analyses that enable the senior management to execute more complex tasks and assist them in decision. 
  • Organize and maintain product backlog. 

Competitive Analysis:  

  • Conduct in-depth market and competitive analyses to guide product positioning and development.  

Feature Ownership:  

  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative product features, owning the end-to-end process. 
  • Conduct product evaluation and formulate promotional measures.   

Cross-Functional Leadership:  

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure product objectives are met, leading cross-functional initiatives to drive product success.  

Data-Driven Decisions:  

  • Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions, ensuring objectives like user engagement and satisfaction are met.  

Stakeholder Engagement:  

  • Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather insights, refine product features, and advocate for user needs.  

Additional Requirements:  

  • Availability to travel up to 5% as needed. 
  • ET working hours required (9am-6pm ET). 

You Have:  

Education: 

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field, and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.  An advanced degree is acceptable in lieu of experience. 
  • CSPO, SAFe certifications preferred. 

Experience:  

  • 2-4 years of experience in product management or software engineering. Experience in a healthcare related field preferred. 

Skills: 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and all Microsoft Office Suites. 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management (if you have work experience) .
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle (if you have work experience).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 

Knowledge: 

  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.   
  • Experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition management systems & methodologies (if you have work experience).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong user-centric focus.  
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to constantly improving capacity to work effectively while having a willingness to learn new things. 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented, agile environment. 

Benefits

What We Offer:  

Salary - $90,000-$120,000
