The Role: 

As the Product Manager specializing in ecommerce, you will lead the end-user experience for our Infinite Reality Engine product. Your focus will be on designing a revolutionary immersive shopping experience that leverages our no-code platform. Prior experience with or knowledge of spatial computing, AR, or VR is preferred but not necessary. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business development teams to bring innovative ecommerce solutions to market.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Product Vision and Strategy:
    • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the immersive shopping experience, aligned with the company's overall goals.
    • Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and identify emerging trends in ecommerce and immersive technologies to inform product direction.
    • Assess and understand the competitive landscape to ensure our offerings remain ahead of the curve.
  • Product Roadmap and Execution:
    • Develop and prioritize the product roadmap based on strategic initiatives and customer needs.
    • Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality releases.
    • Collaborate closely with engineering to translate product requirements into actionable development plans.
    • Lead cross-functional teams including FTEs, contractors, agencies, and other vendors to execute the product strategy.
  • Innovation and Differentiation:
    • Champion innovation within the ecommerce product portfolio, leveraging AI and spatial computing advancements to differentiate our offerings in the market.
    • Explore new technologies, partnerships, and integrations to enhance product capabilities and user experiences.
  • Cross-functional Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, legal, and customer success teams to drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Customer Focus:
    • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points through direct interaction, market analysis, and feedback channels.
    • Advocate for the customer throughout the product development process, ensuring solutions meet and exceed expectations.
  • Industry Thought Leadership:
    • Represent the company as a thought leader, participating in industry events, conferences, press, and forums.
    • Build strategic partnerships and alliances to strengthen our market position and drive business growth.

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of product management experience in ecommerce or related software companies.
  • Experience in launching ecommerce-enabling products and platforms such as Shopify.
  • Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development methodologies and UX/UI design principles.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex, innovative products that drive business results and customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in spatial computing, AR, VR, or XR.
    • Familiarity with AI-driven products.
    • Experience with no-code platforms and tools.

The base pay range for this position is $120,000 - 180,000. The base salary range is applicable across the United States and the offered rate may vary based on factors such as experience, education, market conditions, and location.
