What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a hands-on Product Designer to oversee and harmonize the design and UX across our products. This role involves a dynamic mix of work streams across our consumer applications and B2B initiatives. If you are someone who thrives in a fully remote environment and is adept at transforming complex, ambiguous scenarios into intuitive, beautiful designs, we want to talk to you!
Requirements
What you’ll do
- Manage work streams across our consumer and B2B product teams.
- Contribute to epics, user stories, tasks, and chores across multiple projects.
- Advocate for our users and stakeholders when designing and discussing product improvements and new features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams across the project lifecycle (from planning through to implementation).
- Facilitate communication across internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify risks and provide strategic solutions to mitigate them without derailing deadlines.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of experience honing your skills in UI, product design, and user experience.
- The ability to wireframe, prototype, learn, and iterate rapidly.
- A penchant for organizing and executing unbiased discovery and user research.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multifaceted projects with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in design software (Figma, Framer, Adobe CC)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- An eagerness to engage, share ideas, and build amazing products!
- A strong portfolio of work demonstrating your proficiency as a designer and collaborator.
Bonus points if you have…
- Experience with generative AI technologies, real estate, or interior design industries.
- Proven track record of successfully collaborating with globally distributed remote teams.
