Product Designer - Crypto

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Product Designer - Crypto - candidates need to be based in EST +/-5 timezones.

We are at the forefront of the crypto stablecoin industry, dedicated to creating a more stable and accessible cryptocurrency. Our team is passionate about leveraging innovative technology to provide secure and efficient financial solutions to users worldwide.

Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our team on a contract basis, working 10-20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic and web design, with experience in the crypto space being a significant advantage.

What we’re building

First and foremost, we’re building an engineering organization dedicated to producing the best. We are building a culture where we work as a team, operate as a unit, and trust each other to produce the best code and culture we can.

Our first product — a fully collateralized, freely tradeable USD stablecoin — will be launched in the year ahead. It will compete directly with the heavyweight stables in the market today but will differentiate materially in terms of its value proposition, resource allocation, and go-to-market strategy. The stable’s collateral will be managed by VanEck, one of the world’s largest asset managers and ETF issuers (~$80B AUM).

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling designs for web and mobile applications, marketing materials, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the development and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding and design consistency.
• Design user interfaces and user experiences that are intuitive and engaging.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and cryptocurrency

Requirements

Based in EST +/-5

Experience working in product design across B2B fintech or enterprise Saas annd a portfolio to showcase your work

Experience designing react design systems and component libraries

Eagerness to join an early stage startup and a flair for UX
