Full Job Description
Myna is building the future of the collectibles market, with a mission to be the most trusted culture-driven exchange for products people love. We’re starting with sneakers but will quickly expand into other highly sought-after consumer goods. Built on the blockchain, we enable users to buy, sell and trade assets based on digitized versions of the physical goods allowing faster transactions, lower fees, reduced friction and the ability to do more with your goods than ever imagined.
Myna is a remote-first company, but our core hours are based on US Pacific Coast business hours.
Requirements
As a Product Designer at Myna, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and identity of our company. While we’ve accomplished a lot, it’s still early for Myna and our team is still small. This means you’ll need to be capable of making strong design progress with minimal oversight and stay on top of new/shifting priorities as our product evolves. An iterative process will be necessary as you explore new features and collaborate with cross-discipline teams and stakeholders. While the bulk of our design work is focused on our product, there will be plenty of opportunities to stretch other creative muscles in related areas from prototyping to marketing to product photography and more.

- A portfolio is required to apply for this position.
- 3+ years of experience in product design roles
- Comfortable working in Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong UX and visual design skills as shown in portfolio
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams
- Strong sense of user and customer needs
- Growth mindset for both current and new skills
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with sneaker or other collectible communities
- Prototyping experience
- UI Animation experience
- Understanding of blockchain/crypto technologies
- Understanding of front end technologies
Benefits
The annual US base salary range for this role is $90,000–130,000 and will depend on a variety of factors such as experience, skills, location, business needs and market conditions. Additional compensation may be provided in the form of equity and bonuses. Health, dental and vision insurance are available through the company insurance plan for qualifying locations.
