The Position:

We seek a dynamic Presentation Designer experienced in crafting compelling investor decks and business development presentations, who thrives in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours. The designer will play a pivotal role in our Business department, collaborating closely with the Chief Business Officer and team, maintaining strict confidentiality, and ties with the Creative team to ensure brand alignment.

What You’ll Do:

• Presentation Design: Conceptualize and design visually appealing and informative decks in line with company branding, translating complex information into clear visuals
• Content Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather data and collaborate with subject matter experts
• Deadline Management: Execute tasks efficiently while meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing workload
• Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across decks
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews to ensure accuracy and obtain necessary approvals
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with external stakeholders, understanding their preferences
• Innovation and Trends: Stay informed about design trends and industry best practices

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience: Proven experience in designing corporate presentations and investor decks, and creating presentations for high-stakes external meetings
• Design Skills: Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite/Figma) with a keen eye for aesthetics. Expertise in Google Slides required, (PowerPoint/Keynote experience is welcome)
• Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial concepts to interpret data effectively
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and work flexible hours
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, unafraid to engage with the C-suite and stakeholders

The base pay range for this position is $80,000 - $140,000. The base salary range is applicable across the United States and the offered rate may vary based on factors such as experience, education, market conditions, and location.
