Pinterest Ads Manager

We are looking for a Pinterest Ads Manager to drive highly targeted traffic and sales to our Shopify store. We have aggressive revenue and ROAS targets so we are looking for a highly performance-driven individual.

The role is a remote part-time position with flexible working hours, and occasional overlap with the US team.

Responsibilities

• Grow and Manage Paid Pinterest Ads channel
• Organic profile optimization
• Create new product pins/blog post pins / rich pins
• A/B test new content, creatives, infographics, landing pages, and pin variations
• Create rich pins and optimize Lead Magnet Pins
• Content Curation
• Managing Group boards and Tribes
• Managing and maintaining the Pinterest Content Calendar
• Weekly and Monthly analytics to improve paid and organic pinning strategy
• Prepare ad reporting and readouts

This contract position could lead to long-term management of our Pinterest social media account.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Media Buying for a consumer-facing brand.
• Demonstrated creativity and documented immersion in Pinterest Paid marketing. (Provide links to profiles as examples and explain)
• Strong analytical skills
• Successfully managing $50-100K/mo on Pinterest is a must
• Detail-oriented, willing to learn, logical thinking, concise communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of both the Pinterest Paid Ads Platform and Organic Pinterest Optimization.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Passion for data analysis, internet marketing, entrepreneurship, and startup culture.
