As a Personal Injury Lien Reduction Specialist at TORKLAW, you will be responsible for negotiating and reducing medical liens on behalf of our clients. You will collaborate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties to secure optimal resolutions and ensure our clients receive the compensation they deserve.
If you have a proven track record of successfully negotiating and reducing medical liens in the personal injury field, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently negotiate medical liens with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties to secure optimal resolutions for our clients.
- Review and analyze medical billing and lien documentation to identify discrepancies, errors, and opportunities for negotiation.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to strategize and support case-specific lien negotiation tactics.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all lien negotiation activities and communications

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Injury Lien Reduction Specialist in a legal setting.
- Strong understanding of medical billing, lien resolution, and negotiation techniques.
- Well-versed in statutory liens (Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
