To achieve this, we seek the expertise of a seasoned performance marketing professional.

As the first marketing professional to join BoostDraft Inc., you will play a vital role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, generate leads, and attract new customers. Close collaboration with the CEO, Head of Enterprise Sales, and other internal teams will be essential for achieving our marketing objectives..

What you will do:

• Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
• Create and refine marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, case studies, and other collateral to effectively communicate brand messaging and value propositions.
• Optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to enhance visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Implement website optimization strategies including web design enhancements and SEO tactics to improve online presence and user experience.
• Coordinate and manage conference operations, including logistics, scheduling, and promotional activities.

Requirements

Required Skills - 

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Slides, and Slack 

Desired Skills - 

• Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Familiarity with HubSpot CMS (Content Management System) 

Required Experience - 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing
