About the Role & About You:
As a Recruiter at Aurumys, you’ll play a crucial role in managing the candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment and onboarding processes. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities in the Investment Real Estate Industry. We believe that successful recruitment inspires a positive and productive workplace, which is why this role requires someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective time-management, and a coachable, positive, team-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to conducting screens, scheduling interviews and making job offers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Conduct high-volume, thorough phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural-fit
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system
- Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with projects and recruiting initiatives
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting
- Strong knowledge of employment law both on the federal and state level
- Ability to read and interpret employment/labor laws, regulations and other compliance-related legislation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Requirements:
- Three years of experience in high-volume recruiting
- Experience sourcing via various media platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn
Benefits
Annual Salary: $37k+
