About The Role
We are seeking a contract account manager who will also support the CEO in administration and general assistance. You must show demonstrated creative and digital agency experience in supporting on accounts, proposals, estimates. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to both client-facing and internal processes.
Hourly rate will start at $30/hour to $40/hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Develop Proposals & Estimates: Assist in crafting proposals, scopes of work, and contracts aligned with client goals and our capabilities. Draft contracts, manage sales process.
- Collaborate With Clients & Project Team: Work closely with leadership and teams to ensure proposals are aligned with our strengths and client needs. Also work directly with our clients and teams throughout the project to ensure client satisfaction and scope and budget alignment.
- Client Nurturing: Write cards, purchase and mail gifts, and generally support our client relationships.
- CRM Proficiency: Become proficient with Hubspot, our CRM, and work to optimize its use for tracking sales activities, maintaining pipelines, and ensuring all features are utilized effectively.
CEO Support & Assistance
- Help manage CEO's inbox, schedule, travel arrangements.
- Administrative: Assist with administrative tasks, meeting preparation, and project coordination.
- Prepare for Meetings: Set up materials, organize logistics, and create a welcoming environment for clients and team members
- Run Errands: Handle occasional errands as needed to support the team and clients.
