Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential partners to explore collaboration opportunities.
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with partners to secure favorable terms.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partner capabilities into company offerings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance evaluation and metrics.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other partnership management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for partnership meetings and events.
