Part Time Recruiter

Integrated Wound Care (IWC) is looking for a Recruiter to meet the objectives of a rapidly growing, multi-state, wound care organization. This position will be performed remotely. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks like supporting coverage needs with a primary focus of handling recruitment and hiring. He/she is solely responsible for handling sourcing and recruitment for the organization. They should confer with the HR Manager to identify staffing needs and source the most suitable candidates to fill positions.

The goal is to maintain a pipeline of candidates and continuously source for hard to fill areas and positions.

This is a part time, 1099 independent contractor position with no benefits. Must have personal computer or laptop to perform job.

About the organization: IWC provides consultant-based wound healing services to skilled nursing, long term care, and rehabilitation facilities. IWC works with the nursing home staff and residents on a team approach to client care, including a focused exam on patient wound(s).

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and sourcing for all positions
• Conduct informational calls (phone screens) with providers (MDs, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants)
• Work alongside HR Manager to determine current and future coverage needs
• Schedule zoom interviews with hiring team

Requirements

• Previous experience as an HR Recruiter in a fast paced healthcare environment required
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Efficient and highly organized
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Self-motivated with ability to perform job remotely
• Proven success recruiting and sourcing in healthcare related roles
• Desire to work both independently and as a team with a results-driven approach
