Yes Hearing’s mission is to advance access to hearing aids for over 30 million Americans that currently suffer from hearing loss, yet do not own hearing aids. Hearing aids are proven to enhance the overall well-being of those that wear the devices, but the high costs associated with purchase and the reluctance to actually visit a local audiologist mean millions of Americans do not get the care they need. We aim to solve this problem by having a fully integrated network of dispensing hearing care providers to conduct home visits across the United States.
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential partners, health care professionals, and community organizations. You’ll actively engage in outreach efforts, promote our products and services, and drive sales growth through personalized consultation and relationship-building.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new customers and establish long-term relationships within assigned territories.
- Engage in community outreach activities, including attending local events, health fairs, and networking with health care providers to generate leads.
- Direct outbound efforts with partners across living facilities, organizations, retail chains, and large corporations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service) to align outreach efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
- Regularly report on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Shift:
- 8 hour shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in a healthcare, retail, or similar environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with CRM software (i.e. Salesforce) for tracking leads and sales activity.
