Full Job Description

We are looking for a highly adaptable and forward-thinking Organizational Performance Generalist to support us in our efforts to create exceptional employee experiences throughout our organization

In this role, you will play a crucial part in engaging with various People functions to ensure the company operates smoothly and effectively. The chosen individual will handle a broad range of tasks related to employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, payroll, and more. This position requires versatility, an understanding of HR principles, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. The ideal candidate will excel in environments of constant transformation and possess strong learning agility.

Things You Will Do:

  • Employee Relations: 
    • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
    • Handle employee relations issues, such as conflicts and grievances, and provide resolution strategies.
    • Lead the efforts of our ticketing system to ensure employees and people leaders have accessibility to information.
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
    • Address employee inquiries related to benefits and assist with enrollment processes.
  • Payroll Processing: 
    • Utilize HCM system efficiently to process payroll timely and accurately
    • Double-check payroll data for accuracy before finalizing payments
    • Address employee questions and concerns regarding payroll, deductions and benefits
    • Ensure accurate deduction of employee contributions to benefits plans such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary deductions.
  • Policy Implementation and Compliance:
    • Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR laws and regulations and provide guidance on compliance matters.
  • HR Administration:
    • Maintain employee records and HCM database (currently use Paylocity, and we'll soon be using UKG), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to support decision-making

Benefits

Compensation✨

Perceptyx is focused on equitable pay for all our staff and aims for transparency with our pay practices. The salary range for the role is $75,000.00 to $115,000.00 annually. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
