Salary: Up to $100,000 + 10% performance bonus (DOE & Geographic location)

About the Role:
A Business Support Analyst is responsible for driving resolution of business-related issues and performing business activity monitoring and support, as needed. They work in close coordination with application support analysts and application managers to ensure effective resolution and root cause analysis for recurring issues. Responsibilities:
- Engage with Business Operations and IT teams to resolve critical system issues
- Should have expertise and provided support to business on Month End closing and Inventory Reconciliation.
- Regular data collection and reporting on key system performance indicators
- Drive root cause and corrective action determination for all support issues
- Facilitate support reviews with internal partners
- Drive process documentation, automation, and continuous improvement cross-functionally
- Follow detailed processes and workflows to provide world-class support analysis
- Partner with technical resources on critical system error resolutions
- Provide business process and application support for Oracle supply chain applications using documented processes
- Help business/QA teams in resolving issues related to EDI/ Webservices, Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Work Orders and Finance
Your Expertise:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/SCM or equivalent experience
- 5+ years working in managing supply chain as a business user
- 5+ years hands-on experience of using Oracle Supply Chain modules, preferably Oracle Fusion
- 3+ years of hands-on Project Management experience
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Order Management, Inventory, GOP, Manufacturing, or PDH
- Good knowledge of end-to-end business systems processes and flows in Supply Chain management.
- Intensive experience in hi-tech industry preferably in consumer hardware/consumer electronics
- Must have excellent SQL and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Great collaborator to work across various cross-functional teams
Other stuff you need:
- Experience with navigating through spreadsheets to analyze large amounts of data
- Familiarity with G-suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- 1-2 years of hands-on integration and application troubleshooting / issue resolution
- 1-2 years of experience with shell commands, reviewing logs, running scripts, etc. is highly desirable
- PMP Certification
