YOUR ROLE
The Operations Specialist will report to the Senior Operations Manager. This role is responsible for supporting the Senior Operations Manager and Operations Analyst(s) with daily functions as necessary. Specific duties include but are not limited to managing and monitoring daily returns/exchanges and outbound order fulfillments and associated daily/weekly reports, manual return/exchange processing, warranty return management, and overall systems knowledge as an essential function, organizing and maintaining communication cross-functionally across internal teams, and the warehouse (NRI).
This is a seasonal role: November 4, 2024 - March 28, 2025.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure via reporting NRI-LH is operating within contracted inbound SLAs.
- Effectively communicating between Stio’s Ops, Finance, Inventory, and CX Teams, and with NRI CSC and Warehouse Contacts.
- Utilize thorough knowledge of internal systems to identify and rectify potential system issues and problems
- Recommend, develop, and manage solutions from identification to resolution
- Monitor and manage Slack channels: CX-AdminOps-OrderIssues & CX-AdminOps-Returns
- Manage and process Stio’s Approved Warranty claims as they pertain to processing and reporting
- Manage and mitigate Stio’s omni-channel order fulfillments
- Work independently and cross functionally with the team on daily duties
- Partner with the team to develop and implement new and updated training materials
- Deliver satisfactory levels of team performance over time and work towards the implementation of new brand guidelines in talk tracks, scripts, emails, etc.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1+ year(s) experience and thorough understanding of Stio’s operational platforms and systems (Shopify, Netsuite and Warehouse Management Software)
- Bachelor's degree or comparable / relevant experience preferred
- Experience in customer-facing roles, and passion for people connection and engagement
- Strong organizational skills
- Independent thinker, good listener, efficiency driven, and problem solver
- Patient and solution oriented
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Proficient management of data models and dashboards
- Experience in the usage of a variety of systems and processes
- Proficiency with escalated customer situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google suite products

We provide competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives and benefits. The hourly rate for this role is $20-$23/hour. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of the range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors including experience, skills and qualifications.
