Open Shift Admin
iSoftTek Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced Open Shift Admin to join our team. As an Open Shift Admin, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and management of the Open Shift platform to support the development and deployment of applications in a cloud-native environment.
Responsibilities:
• Deploy, configure, and manage Open Shift clusters
• Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and provide guidance on Open Shift best practices
• Monitor and troubleshoot Open Shift environments to ensure availability and performance
• Implement security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Automate operational tasks and develop scripts as needed
• Provide support and guidance to developers and end-users on Open Shift usage and related tools
Requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Open Shift Admin
• Strong knowledge of Open Shift architecture and components
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools like Ansible or Terraform
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
