Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential customers through various online channels to discuss our luxury products and services.
• Schedule appointments for customers to connect with our sales team, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment bookings in our CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and clients to confirm appointments and address any questions they may have.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure they are prepared for upcoming appointments.
• Participate in team meetings and training to refine your skills and contribute to best practices.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during all interactions with customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in appointment setting or sales is preferred but not required.
