Office Assistant - Work From Home

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely manner.
• Maintain and organize electronic files and records.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
• Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentation materials.
• Perform data entry and maintain accuracy in databases and spreadsheets.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members to ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly.

Requirements

• High school diploma; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or office-related certification are a plus.
• Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative support role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with online collaboration tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
