Full Job Description
The Neuromodulator (Tox) Champion serves as the lead trainer and subject matter expert for neuromodulator treatments (e.g., Botox, Dysport, Xeomin) at Skin Clique. This role is integral in providing consistent, high-quality education and hands-on training to providers, ensuring proficiency in advanced injection techniques and a deep understanding of neuromodulator applications. The Tox Champion collaborates with the clinical leadership team to develop training materials, monitor provider performance, and uphold safety and compliance standards. This position embodies the commitment to excellence in patient care and professional development within the practice.
Key Responsibilities
Training Leadership:
- Facilitate detailed, hands-on neuromodulator training sessions covering facial anatomy, advanced injection techniques, and clinical best practices.
- Ensure providers are well-versed in both technical skills and the art of patient-centered aesthetics.
Mentorship and Coaching:
- Provide personalized coaching and feedback to providers, fostering skill refinement and confidence in neuromodulator treatments.
- Address individual learning needs and create pathways for continuous professional growth.
Safety and Compliance:
- Enforce adherence to safety protocols, clinical guidelines, and industry standards for neuromodulator treatments.
- Work with clinical leadership to promote a culture of safety and compliance.
Training Material Development:
- Create and update comprehensive training resources to reflect the latest advancements in neuromodulator techniques and technology.
- Standardize training materials to ensure consistency across all provider training sessions.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track provider performance and patient outcomes post-training, identifying areas for improvement.
- Design follow-up training or support sessions to address any skill gaps.
Expert Resource:
- Act as the primary clinical expert for neuromodulator-related inquiries, troubleshooting provider challenges and ensuring high standards of care.
- Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in neuromodulator treatments and share insights with providers.
Patient-Centered Approach:
- Reinforce the importance of a personalized, patient-first approach during all training and mentoring sessions.
- Equip providers with the skills to deliver natural, aesthetically pleasing results that align with patient goals.
Requirements
- Licensed Aesthetic Provider (NP, PA, MD) with extensive experience in neuromodulator treatments and advanced facial anatomy knowledge.
- Demonstrated expertise in injectable aesthetics, particularly neuromodulators.
- Previous experience in training, teaching, or mentoring aesthetic providers.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to inspire and guide providers.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and industry advancements.
- 2+ years' experience in aesthetic medicine and an average dose of 48 units per patient.
- Must be available to travel as needed to support the 2025 training schedule.
- PREFERRED: Experience in curriculum development for clinical training programs.
Benefits
- Base Compensation: $1,000.00 per month
- Training Compensation: $1,500.00 per attended training session
