Installation Made Easy (“IME”) provides software and process management that enables retailers and contractors to offer installed home improvements to homeowners in a convenient, consistent, and affordable manner. IME senior management has over 100 years of retail management and home improvement industry experience.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years’ experience deploying and maintaining cloud server technologies, network infrastructure, and performing end-user workstation support. A positive attitude, customer service focus, and keen attention to detail are essential for this position.

Essential Functions:

·       Server Administration in an Azure environment.

·       Server migration/upgrade processes, security, and hardening of servers in Azure Environment.

·       Implementing new environments within Azure (not just maintaining)

·       Group Policies in AD Environment (Everything from AD to child Domains);

·       Troubleshooting / debugging (i.e. ability to understand application logs);

·       LAN/WAN connectivity including firewalls, VPNs, routers, and switches.

·       Onboarding/Offboarding team members

·       MS Azure Active Directory Migrations with Office O365 including management of Exchange in O365.

·       Support for Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstration of critical thinking

·       On call Rotation for Critical Support and System monitoring

·       Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years demonstrated experience Administrating an Azure environment.
• Microsoft Azure cloud server management, including Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 AD, DNS, DHCP servers, networking, storage, databases, and runtime environments such as Web servers, .Net, Java, etc.;
• 2+ years demonstrated Server migration/upgrade processes, security, and hardening of servers in Azure Environment.
• 3+ years demonstrated experience with Fortinet/Azure firewalls in a Cloud Environment.
• 2+ year experience implementing new environments within Azure (not just maintaining).
• 4+ years Windows Operation and administration skills
• Detailed understanding of TCP/IP, networking, and security concepts.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization.
• Customer service oriented.
• Sound judgment and strong problem-solving ability.
• Efficient and detail oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Degree in related field
• Creating scripts in PowerShell.  Python, Perl or another language is a plus.
• Microsoft certified Solutions Expert- Core Infrastructure.
