Netsuite Trainer

• Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on how to effectively utilize NetSuite software

• Create training materials, including user guides, manuals, and e-learning modules

• Conduct hands-on training sessions in both classroom and virtual settings

• Customize training materials to meet the specific needs of different departments and user roles

• Provide ongoing support and assistance to users as they navigate NetSuite and troubleshoot issues

• Stay up-to-date with new features and functionalities in NetSuite and incorporate them into training programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training or instructional design

• Strong knowledge of NetSuite software and its various modules

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Ability to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand training materials

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple training initiatives

• Experience with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus
