Full Job Description
• Manage NetSuite system administration including user access, roles and permissions, customizations, and integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and configure NetSuite to meet business needs
• Develop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and reports in NetSuite
• Support end users by troubleshooting issues, providing training, and creating documentation
• Stay current with NetSuite updates and enhancements, evaluate their impact, and implement changes as needed
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with best practices
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite functionality including configuration, scripting, workflows, and reporting
• Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteBuilder
• Familiarity with SuiteCommerce, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteCloud Platform is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
