DSI has an immediate opening for a National Outside Sales Enablement Specialist (OSE Rep). This role is a work-from-home, field-based training and coaching position with a strong focus on B2B and D2D mobility/wireless sales to businesses. It involves substantial travel to work alongside dealer partners, training their sales teams on-site, and supporting them in the field to drive success.

When not traveling, the OSE Rep will focus on preparing for future travel, connecting with dealer partners to plan upcoming meetings, and conducting virtual coaching and training sessions to reinforce skills and strategies. Internal reporting on dealer visits is a key responsibility, requiring detailed and timely submissions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B D2D sales, with expertise in mobility and wireless solutions. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of best-in-class results for dealer partners.

Requirements

  • Primary Responsibilities:
    • Travel nationwide to provide in-person coaching, training, and mentorship to dealer partners’ sales teams
    • Partner with dealer reps on the field to assist with real-time sales efforts and provide on-the-spot coaching
    • Facilitate virtual training sessions and calls with dealer partners to enhance their performance.
    • Develop and execute detailed travel plans by connecting with dealer partners and planning future meetings
    • Prepare and submit timely and detailed internal reports on dealer visits and performance metrics
    • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to strategize and deliver best results
  • Key Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in B2B D2D sales, specifically in mobility/wireless solutions to businesses
    • Ability to train, mentor, and coach diverse sales teams effectively
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence dealer performance
    • Experience managing a sales pipeline, prospecting, and closing deals
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
    • Strong multitasking and time management skills
    • Ability to travel nationally, 50-75% of the time
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in the telecommunications and entertainment industry
    • Background in sales training or enablement roles
    • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Experience:

  • High school diploma or higher
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B D2D sales, particularly in mobility or wireless industries
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve measurable results
