About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled music producer to collaborate on an ongoing personal project. The artist's style is inspired by contemporary Christian rap artists like NF, blending powerful lyrics with modern production techniques. This long-term opportunity offers a chance for a producer to work closely with an emerging artist in the Christian rap genre, helping to refine and elevate their sound through professional mixing and mastering.

Responsibilities:

• Mix and master tracks for the artist's Christian rap project
• Collaborate with the artist to understand their vision and desired sound
• Enhance the overall quality and impact of the tracks through expert mixing techniques
• Ensure the final masters meet industry standards for various distribution platforms
• Provide creative input on production elements when appropriate

Requirements

• Proven experience in music production, mixing, and mastering, particularly in hip-hop or rap genres
• Familiarity with contemporary Christian rap and artists like NF
• Proficiency in industry-standard digital audio workstations (DAWs) and mixing/mastering software
• Strong ear for detail and ability to create polished, professional-sounding tracks
• Understanding of current trends and techniques in rap production
